Exhibitor Registration Information
The Northeast States Sign Association is holding the NSSA SIGN EXPO 2012 on April 24-25, 2012
at the Turf Valley Golf Resort and Conference Center in Ellicott City, MD. The EXPO Tradeshow will
be on Wednesday April 25 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Indoor booths will be set up in the grand ballroom
and we will have an entire parking lot set up as outdoor display space.
Though this is a one-day tabletop show the booths are a standard 10' x 8' and can accommodate
pop-up type displays, all set up takes place before the show opens and tear down is immediately after
the show closes. This is how we can keep expenses down and booth prices reasonable.

The Exhibitor Registration Form contains details about the exhibit space and Sponsorship opportunities
are also listed on the second page. There are several promotional opportunities available through
Sponsorship that we hope you will consider. We are holding a Golf Event on April 24 that includes a
boxed lunch and the Welcome Reception dinner that evening. We will also be presenting several Seminar and
Training Sessions throughout the day of the Expo on April 25. If your company has a seminar presentation
that you would like us to consider including please let us know.
We hope you will join us for the NSSA SIGN EXPO 2012 at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, Maryland.
Based on the success of the 2011 Expo in Sturbridge, Massachusetts and at the suggestion of many
exhibitors we decided to hold this show in Maryland to give an opportunity to manufacturers and
supplier/distributors to get in front of our members in this part of our region.
